A new destination is coming to life at the heart of motorsport history. The Automobile Club de l’Ouest, creator and organizer of the 24 Hours of Le Mans, has unveiled plans for a new 4-star hotel located directly on the legendary Le Mans circuit in France. Scheduled to open in spring 2027, the hotel promises an immersive experience for racing fans and visitors alike, combining high-end hospitality with the excitement of the track.
Designed for immersion, built for excellence
Developed by ADIM Ouest, a subsidiary of VINCI Construction, and backed by private investment firm Virage 5, the project broke ground in February 2025. Architecture firm AW2, led by Reda Amalou and Stéphanie Ledoux, is behind the hotel’s refined and contemporary design, which takes inspiration from the circuit’s grandstands while integrating seamlessly into the natural landscape.
Positioned at the Esses de la Forêt turn, the hotel is conceived as a landmark—offering guests a front-row seat to the race experience in a setting that balances luxury, comfort, and environmental sensitivity.
The hotel also stands out for its sustainable design. Using locally sourced FSC-certified wood and low-carbon Exegy® concrete, it prioritizes ecological materials and a reduced environmental footprint. Its energy performance exceeds current standards by 20%, thanks to wooden mesh façades, solar protection, and dual-flow ventilation.
Sustainability extends to water and mobility. Permeable flooring, rainwater harvesting, and water-saving fixtures support responsible water use, while bike parking, public transport access, and EV charging stations encourage low-impact travel. The result is a luxury destination that respects and reflects its natural surroundings.
