Radisson Hotel Group Expands Indian Ocean Portfolio With New Mauritius Resort

Radisson Hotel Group has recently opened Crystals Beach Resort Belle Mare on the east coast of Mauritius. The resort, a member of Radisson Individuals, is situated on one of Mauritius’s most unspoiled beaches and offers guests a wide range of amenities.

Conveniently located an hour from Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport, the resort features 234 rooms and suites, with options ranging from Premium Garden Rooms and Premium Ocean View Rooms to Junior Suites and Premium Family Rooms. The resort aims to cater to various visitors, from families to couples and adventure enthusiasts.

Tim Cordon, Chief Operating Officer, Middle East, Africa, and South East Asia Pacific at Radisson Hotel Group, highlighted the opening of the new resort as an example of the company’s commitment to expanding its resort offerings in key leisure destinations along the Indian Ocean.

The resort offers five restaurants and three bars, offering a range of dining experiences. These include Le Ferney 1650, Belle Vue 1838, Villebague 1740, Ocean Grill Beach Restaurant, and Quatre Cocos Restaurant. Three bars also offer a selection of cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages.

Families are well catered for, with the Ti Dodo Kids Club and the Aqualand Water Park offering a range of activities for younger guests. The resort also features a spa, wellness center, and a fully equipped fitness facility.

The resort also provides event facilities, with three fully equipped venues capable of hosting up to 300 guests. This makes it an ideal location for weddings, corporate events, or other special occasions.

The resort offers a range of land and sea options for outdoor activities, including stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, diving, tennis, beach volleyball, and archery.
